Stretching the nerves: extend the affected arm out in front of you, palm
facing away. Hold on to the little and ring finger then pull them back
towards you until you feel a stretch. Hold for 30 seconds. You should feel
the release of tension in your hand.
Now hold on to the thumb and index finger then pull them back towards
you until you feel a stretch. Very gently twist slightly toward the thumb for a
full stretch. Hold for 30 seconds. You should feel the release of tension in
your hand. Repeat on the unaffected side
