To stretch the left side of your neck and across the top of your shoulder – place your left arm behind your back while stretching your head and neck across to the right. Use your right hand to pull your head further to the right,
intensifying the stretch. Hold for a minimum of 15 seconds then repeat on your right side.
To stretch the back of your neck to your shoulder blade. To stretch the left side of your neck, rotate your head to the right and look towards the floor. Use your right hand to pull your head down, intensifying the stretch. Hold for a minimum of 15 seconds then repeat on your right side.
To stretch the back of your neck, place your hands behind your head and, keeping your back straight, pull down with your hands to bring your chin towards your chest. Hold for a minimum of 15 seconds.
