To stretch your lower back, sit up straight in your chair with your legs slightly apart, feet flat on the floor. Exhale and bend at the hips to fold forward, lowering your abdomen to your thighs. Let your head and arms drop down then rest here and breathe deeply as you feel the stretch in your lower back. Hold the stretch for a minimum of 15 seconds.
Spinal twist - Sit in your chair with your legs slightly apart, feet flat on the floor. Turn to the left and place your hands on the back of the chair. Breathe deeply and feel the stretch. Hold the stretch for a minimum of 15 seconds before
repeating on the other side.
